Accordions
are usually designated by the number of bass buttons such as 12-Bass, 48-Bass,
etc. Typically, as the number of
basses increases, so does the number of treble keys. For example: a 48-Bass
accordion will usually have 26 treble keys (white and black). A 72-Bass
accordion will usually have 34 treble keys. A 96-Bass accordion will usually
have 37 keys. A 120-Bass accordion will usually have 41 keys.
